Deuteronomy 28:19-21

Amplified Bible

¹⁹ “You will be cursed when you come in and you will be cursed when you go out.

²⁰ “The Lord will send upon you curses, confusion, and rebuke in everything that you undertake to do, until you are destroyed, perishing quickly because of the evil of your deeds, because you have ^[a]turned away from Me. ²¹ The Lord will make the pestilence and plague cling to you until He has consumed and eliminated you from the land which you are entering to possess.
